Monday Mantra: Love the skin you’re in.
Temperatures have dropped to sub-zero degrees here on the East coast and we’re feeling the (icy-cold- freezing-oh-my-god-I-can’-feel-my-face) winter burn. These cold days and nights have a serious effect on our skin and this week we think it’s important to give your bod a little extra TLC (and moisturizer. Here are our top 3 must-haves for healthy, hydrated winter warrior skin:
1. Prep your skin at night. Before we go to bed, we always wash our face and hydrate our skin with Kaplan Hydrating Essence. This oil contains a blend of 8 essential oils in their purest form to deeply hydrate and nourish the face and body. We’re seriously in love.
2. Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize! Before we put makeup on or head out the door we slather a layer of Aveeno Ultra-Calming Daily Moisturizer on our faces.
