This week’s #MONDAYMANTRA is: “And now I’ll do what’s best for me.”
We want you to put yourself first. For a lot of us, this is a challenging thing to do. Get that extra workout in, hit snooze on your morning alarm if you can afford 5 more much needed minutes of sleep. Say NO to the things you don’t want to do and say YES to the things that make you happy. Odds are if you’re happy in your own life you’ll send that energy out all around you. And don’t we want more of those positive vibes out in the world?
Remember, taking time to do the things that are best for you are not selfish. They’re the most necessary step in creating a life that is healthy, happy and balanced.
