Your ladies here at BBP are all too familiar with feeling a comfort in our day to day lives. But that can easily make us feel unmotivated or maybe even stuck. This week we want to challenge you to add one new change or simple task to your week. Take a spin class instead of your usual run outside, plan a mid-week date with a friend, it could be as little as a call to your parents! Little changes in our day to day lives can keep us from feeling in a rut, and it may even give someone else that extra inspiration to make a change or a difference too.
