Hey BBP fam!  Happy 2017!  We hope you’ve all had a wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year.  We firmly believe in setting intentions instead of resolutions.  Resolutions can be tricky because overdoing your wish list for the year can leave you feeling disappointed if you don’t follow through.  We believe that setting your intentions for the year combined with small, attainable monthly goals will set you up for success and push you towards being the bravest, most bad-assed version of you-you can be.


Here’s what we’re doing for the month of January.  Let’s do this together!

  1. Join us in our January #5k5day challenge.  The rules are simple: Over the next 4 weeks, do a 5k run (3.1 miles) 5 days out of the week.  We’ll be running alongside you and each week we’ll give you our favorite tips and tricks to avoid burnout and motivation to keep you moving.  Use the hashtag #5k5day and #bravebodyproject on Instagram so we can cheer you on!
  2. Plan your meals and keep a log of what you eat and drink.  Give your body a little TLC by taking a few minutes at the beginning of the week to plan and prep your meals.  Keep a simple food log and review it at the end of the week.  Looking at the big picture will help you monitor your food habits and show you how to adjust some less-than-healthy choices.
  3. Find your sweat sister.  We believe that we’re stronger together than we are alone.  Find a fitness loving gal pal and commit to sweating together for the month.  You’ll be less likely to skip out on your workout if you have a friend there to help hold you accountable.
