Some Mondays, (like today) we weren’t exactly ready to jump full speed ahead into a new week. There was a laundry list of items from the previous week we still had to tend to, we were feeling off track with our workouts and we just felt like we needed one more day, a free pass, if you will until Monday hit us.
This morning, instead of stressing about the stuff we needed to get done for the week ahead we decided to stop, take a deep breath, and hit the reset button. Today is a new day, full of possibilities and exciting opportunities. It doesn’t have to be a day of stress and worry. Your Monday can be anything you make of it.
Take this day, this time, right now and press the proverbial reset button. Let go of anything you didn’t accomplish last week. Don’t beat yourself up if you fell off track on healthy eating. Don’t be hard on yourself if you didn’t fit all your workouts in. This is a new week, a new day, a new moment.
Let’s get off on the right foot together. Today is the perfect day for a fresh start.
