We’re feeling pretty excited about 2016 over here in the house of BBP. This month, we’re going to reconnect to our bodies, our minds, our relationships and most importantly, ourselves. That’s why today is the perfect day to commit to reconnecting to YOUR body with the Brave New You Run Challenge!
It’s easy to participate! We’re challenging you to pick how many miles you’re going to run for the month of January. Simply post your number on social media (snap a photo and tag us @bravebodyproject on Instagram… or Twitter and Facebook!) with the hashtag #bravebodyproject. Throughout the month, we’ll be there to guide and support you with our favorite run playlists, tips on running form, plus a bunch of fun motivation to keep you going strong BBP style! We’re both challenging ourselves to run 80 miles this month. How many miles will you run?
