Hey BBP family! It’s the final week of our #5k5day run challenge!
It hasn’t been easy but so many of you have inspired us with every step you’ve taken! We have one week left and we want to challenge you to change it up and HAVE FUN. No matter what workout you take on, try to switch it up!
How? Find new ways to tackle those 3.1 miles by trying out intervals on the treadmill or maybe even a steady pace to test your endurance. Add in some strength training into your workout, throw in 5 minutes of abs at the end of your sweat sesh, or why not grab a friend and hit up a hot yoga class to give that body some love for all the hard work you have done this month.
