Happy New Year Brave Body Project family!  2015 was a whirlwind year and we’re so grateful to each and every one of you for joining us on this big, brave adventure.

With 2016 right around the corner, we want to slow down for a minute and talk about something that’s on everyone’s minds: New Year’s resolutions.  Whether you love or hate the idea of New Year’s resolutions, you can’t deny that this time of year gets you thinking about what you want more or less of in your life.

Our top tip for making your resolutions stick?  Don’t overdo it!  Whether your goal is to lose weight, try something new, or refocus your energy, keep your goals small and attainable.  There’s nothing wrong with thinking big (we encourage it!) but we want you to set yourself up for success by creating small monthly challenges that push you towards your greater goals.


Tomorrow, to kick off 2016 on the right foot we’re rolling out our Brave New You challenge. This January, we’re putting our focus on connection.  We’re going to reconnect to our bodies, our minds, our relationships and most importantly, ourselves.  You’re also getting a free Brave Body Project Full Body Beat Down you can do right in your home (pajamas and mimosas are totally acceptable here).

We’re so excited to dive headfirst into 2016 with you.  Have an amazing New Year’s Eve.  We’ll see you next year!
