It’s Fitness Myth Week here at Brave Body Project and today we’re debunking Fitness Myth #2: The Thigh Gap Epidemic.
Here’s the truth. Having a thigh gap has little to do with fat and everything to do with BONE STRUCTURE. Some people naturally have a thigh gap and some don’t. If you have wider set hips you’re more likely to have a gap. If you have narrow hips, you probably won’t.
That being said, if you’re unhappy with the way your legs look there are plenty of things you can do to create muscle and lose fat (like this video HERE) BUT that doesn’t guarantee you’ll ever feel the breeze between your legs.
Bottom line: Worry less about the gap and more about lovin’ your legs because they’re strong and beautiful.
