The Brave New You January Challenge!
This January, we’re putting our focus on connection. We’re going to reconnect to our bodies, our minds, our relationships and most importantly, ourselves. Each week, we’ll give you tips and challenges to spice up your workout, revamp your eating habits, excite your mind, find joy in your life and pursue your wildest, bravest adventures.

We’re lacing up our sneakers and getting ready for some serious sweat this month! Join us for our Brave New You Run Challenge! The BNY Run Challenge officially starts on Monday, January 4th. We’re challenging you to pick how many miles you’re going to run for the month of January. You’ll post your number on social media to hold yourself accountable and you’ll have us to guide and support you through the month! We’re both challenging ourselves to 80 miles this month. How many miles will you run? Check back in with us on Monday, January 4th for the official kick off!

It’s no secret that we love Brené Brown over here at Brave Body Project. So when we found out she created an online course called the Living Brave Semester… well… we were the first ones ready to sign up.
The Living Brave Semester is a unique, online learning experience that provides participants with the opportunity to explore what it means to fully show up in our lives – to be brave, lean into vulnerability, and to rumble with the challenges that come with living a daring life.

This month, we’re thinking outside of the box when it comes to what we eat and what we wear! We’re kicking our style up a notch this winter and we’re in search of the best studio to street outfits to keep you looking cute (and warm) throughout chilly winter months! We’re also going to give you our best tips to keep your summer glow all winter long. We’ll share our newest hair, skin, makeup and beauty obsessions with you!
We’re also revamping what we eat! We’re taking a close look at the food we’re putting in our bodies, seeing how they affect our energy and playing around with what gives us the best performance power before a workout. Let us be the guinea pigs!
