The #BBP21DaysOfSweat Challenge + Holiday Hustle Kickoff starts Monday!

We love this time of year most of all – the parties, the festive food, the comfort and joy of being with friends and family, the excitement the new year brings – how can you not love it!  But with the holidays comes some stress – your workouts are replaced with shopping trips, your quiet mornings have turned into list-making, task-doing frenzies, and your usually healthy eating habits have taken a backseat to all things labeled Pumpkin Spice.  We get it.  We’re with you.

That’s why we’re bringing back the Brave Body Project Holiday Hustle: a 2-month challenge to keep your accountable from now until the end of the year by focusing on 3 pillars of health we believe are most important to maintain a healthy body and mind: Strengthen, Nourish and Energize.  Over the next two months, we have SO much in store to keep you on track and have fun doing it.  The BBP Holiday Hustle officially kicks off this Monday, November 7th and what better way to kick it off than a sweat challenge sponsored by the amazing team at Puma!  Ladies and gents, we present to you….



 The #BBP21DaysofSweat challenge begins on November 7th and will run through November 28th.  The rules are simple!  To qualify to win some amazing prizes from Puma and Brave Body Project all you have to do is:

1. Tell us you’re in.  This Monday, November 7th snap a photo and put it on Instagram to tell us you’re up for the challenge.  Dedicate your 21-days of sweat to a person or a thing that inspires you.  The month of November always bring a reminder of all the wonderful things to be grateful for in life… why not dedicate your sweat sessions to that!  We guarantee you’ll be more motivated and excited to sweat it out every day.

2. Log your sweat.  Run, take a spin class, do a boot camp, or take a yoga class and tally your hours each week.  Are you part of the BBP Online Fitness Membership?  If you are, you’ll get one extra hour of sweat added to your tally courtesy of us! 3. Share your sweat log on Instagram.  Each Friday for the next 3 weeks, post a sweaty selfie sharing how you got your sweat on and how many hours of sweat you tallied.  Use the hashtags #BBP21DaysofSweat and #BBPHolidayHustle so we can keep track!

How simple is that?! We’ll be giving a special prize to the participants who’ve logged the most sweat hours at the halfway mark of the challenge and the top male and female winners will receive a SERIOUSLY amazing prize courtesy of BBP and Puma.
