Amber got her start in Marion, Indiana. Born into an active family who loved sports she was always interested in movement. That movement came in the form of singing, acting and dancing and turned into a passion for musical theatre. After graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University, Amber moved to New York City to pursue a career as a professional performer. Travelling around the globe with Broadway National Tours was a challenge for Amber both mentally and physically and she turned to the gym to stay grounded. You would often find Amber lifting weights while the rest of her colleagues were out partying. Fitness and health became a safe haven for Amber on the road.
Upon returning to New York from years of traveling Amber decided to take action and become certified to teach group fitness. Amber quickly became one of New York City’s most loved and sought after trainers. Amber’s drive and passion fuel her classes and her energy and undeniable charisma can’t be copied.
Amber has trained every end of the spectrum from top athletes to models to the average hard working parent. She has worked alongside celebrity trainers such as Jillian Michaels and she has had features through Shape Magazine for her trainer insight. She is never at a loss for inspiring words of wisdom during her teaching and encourages her students to “Never give up and keep that inner gas tank full of hope, courage and determination.”
Amber holds certifications with AFAA and TRX and has a special interest in kickboxing and cycling. She has served as a fitness expert for NY1 television and is an ambassador for Sin Workouts, a luxury fitness concierge service in Manhattan. When she’s not busy working on Brave Body Project you can find her kicking butt and taking names at Barry’s Bootcamp. Amber loves bringing Brave Body Project to life and hopes that her message of strength and bravery prove as a support system for a large community of people hoping to uplevel their own lives.

Lindsey hails from Manchester, New Hampshire. She began dancing at a young age and went on to pursue dance and musical theatre professionally in New York City. Following a successful career in theatre that included 4 Broadway National and International Tours, off-broadway and equity regional work, Lindsey traded in her tap shoes for running shoes.
Lindsey’s awareness of the body combined with her loud and energetic demeanor made for a seamless transition into the fitness world. Starting out at a small boutique fitness studio in NYC she was given the freedom to create and develop into the trainer she is today. Shortly after entering the fitness world Lindsey’s classes were selling out and private clients were on a waitlist. Lindsey has trained clients ranging from celebrities like Madonna, Olympic athletes, professional basketball players, supermodels and magazine editors and is largely responsible for shaping the best-looking derrieres below 14th street. She has worked with fitness professionals like Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels and has worked closely with Self Magazine for the past two years on their infamous Workout in the Park and SELF Up & Out in New York City and Chicago.
Lindsey holds certifications in AFAA, TRX, pre and post natal, urban rebounding and CPR and you can find her teaching live in action at Barry’s Bootcamp in New York City. She believes a truly excellent trainer knows the learning process is never over and she is constantly pursuing new certifications to provide the safest, most effective and cutting-edge programs to her clients.
While Lindsey’s true passion is teaching fitness, she knew she wanted to educate and inspire people to live a healthy balanced life on a larger scale. Brave Body Project was created in order to do just that. Lindsey is dedicated to up leveling others lives and challenges her readers to try new, unusual and often times scary things. She hopes to help people realize and conquer their fears so they can move bravely in the direction of their desires.
